I went to my GP and he said its called ‘Pica Disorder’ when you don’t have ‘vitamins’ ‘A’, ‘D’ or ‘E’. So your starts to crave for things that are ‘hard’ and ‘dense’ like ie. Raw Rice Grains, Paint, Rocks, Marble, Slate, Cement etc. But they have ‘pills’ for this which go around something like ‘Vitamin Consument’.
(Not sure but you will need GP prescription-They know what is right for you).

First, go check out with your ‘GP’ and they’ll ‘advice’ you. Some people
have different ‘issues’ with Rice etc. My one ‘maybe’ different to others. So I assure please go to ‘GP’ first before ‘taking things’ and ‘consuming medicines’ without prescription just for the benefit of your ‘health & Safety’.
