every time na nagkakasalubong sila

it means they’re communicating.

Two young lovers had an accident. When they woke up in the hospital, the guy found out that the girl had no eyes.

Months passed, the guy left her because he was discouraged to have a no-eye gf.

After a year, the girl died in despair. They guy went to her burial and saw a letter on top of her coffin. The letter was for him… It says:

“Take care of my eyes. I love you so much.”
